Stress is the moving and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world.
Common stress reaction includes tension, irritability, inability to concentrate, and a diversity of physical symptoms that comprise headache and a fast heartbeat.
Stress affects most people in some way. Acute (sudden, short-term) stress leads to rapid changes all through the body.

Some doc said it’s no big deal. Fact is it’s kindof uneasy, depressing and on a worse extent – torturous.
Not only your chest will be all tight and heavy,
you’ll get sour/ acid taste in throat.
An attack of such will leave me all exhausted and edgy.
Your stomach will be full of gas and your bowel will be all fluid.
Worst feeling comes from the tight, heavy chest coupled with pain within the ribcage and somewhere central of the chest (to the right of the heart), and stucked-feeling in the throat. At times, you’ll just feel like puking.

Even though stress is constantly viewed in a negative manner, it does not always have to be detrimental. The stress of exhilarating, creative and successful work can be beneficial depending on how an individual deals with it.
The first tool we will look at is something called a Stress Diary. This is a journal kept by an individual to help manage stress for them on a regular basis. Each time you are feeling stress or are part of a stressful situation write about it in your diary. By doing this on a regular schedule you will be able to gather information and use it to analyse what triggers stress for you. Try to rate your stress entries on a 0 to 10 scale. Look at how you reacted to, and the managed the stress, and try to determine if you were successful at handling the situation. Finally by keeping a stress diary on a regular basis, it will give you an idea of what level of stress at which you operate most effectively.

So far, i’ve been having gas and a stomach that went from flat to a very noticeable bulge. The thing that started it my indigestion was stress and Chinese food. Does anyone know any remedies that would provide quick/instant relief from indigestion?

Ok, I’ve heard a MILLION stories about how once a couple “stopped trying” they got pregnant. It’s virtually impossible for me to “stop trying”. First off, I have an irregular cycle, I’ve been put on Femara, so I’m obviously “trying” and even when I try not to think about it, it’s in the back of my head. I’m not really stressing about it. I’m doing accupunture for fertility and stress relief. I’m thinking of doing Yoga too.
I KNOW some people get pregnant while trying…any stories?

My girlfriend since she was little has a tailbone injury and it bothers her at times. Are there any simple massage techniques I can learn off some site or something just for a relief? Sucks to see her in pain.

This is excluding obese children, but I do have a theory? You know how in your teenage years you have this big sexual angst, and exercise helps release it. I think that people that are perfectly healthy yet still don’t like classes like PE are engaging in sexual activities or just masturbating. I admit I masturbate, it helps relief stress, get out all this sexual needing, etc. If you want to, please tell me rather or not you masturbate or not and rather you like gym or not. You don’t have to, but if you want to then do it. This question is probably going to be removed though…=(
Crap, I put this in the wrong category! Sorry! Well, I’m talking about all of this spiritualy.

I’m 17 years old, and though I’m overall pleased with my body, weighing about 105 with a height of 5’0, my legs have always been a huge problem for me. Both my thighs and calves are pretty big, and from what people told me, it’s mostly just muscular big. I dance a lot, not in any sort of group activity but in my own personal time as a stress relief. I want slim, toned legs though! I joined Cross Country in an attempt to reach that goal, but, well, it wasn’t enjoyable. I quit after a few weeks and my friend said my thighs were even bigger! I’d like to try just exercising by bike, but will that slim my legs or make them larger? What exercise can I do to get slim legs?

Life, in many ways, is just one big game full of challenges and pressures. Of course, as with any game, there are rules and guidelines that need to be followed to the letter. Naturally, as with any game, there are going to be those players who will need to find a little release every now and then from the pressure and grind. But it is not just the top-caliber athletes who need to unwind. Normal, everyday people also need to find some relief from the struggles of life. Indeed, stress relief is something that everyone has to delve into on a semi-regular basis, if only because it helps maintain our mental health.

We all have stress sometimes. For some people, it happens before having to speak in public. For other people, it might be before a first date.
What causes stress for you may not be stressful for someone else.
Sometimes stress is helpful รข?? it can encourage you to meet a deadline or get things done.
