I have lower back pain, and have been looking for a natural back pain relief type treatment. What kinds of things can I do? Pilates, yoga, weights, massage are all good, but the only thing that really makes it feel any better is to go to the chiropractor. I get nervous about the adjustment because it usually hurts, but at least I feel better for a few hours, or a few days if I am lucky.
Someone suggested that it has something to do with stress and eating junk food, but I don’t know how that could be. anything about any of that. any suggestions there?

When you need relief from stress, reassurance that God is still in his heavens so to speak and that this frigging world hasn’t gone completely mad – or simply to gather your thoughts and re-focus/”center” yourself, is there a composition(s) which never fails you, that you can always rely upon to provide you with succor and solace?
I have a relatively, recently re-discovered CD in my computer music library, which I years ago had checked out from our local Country Library, and ripped to it. I find myself listening usually to it in its entirety almost every day of the week. And it never fails to bring serenity, and helps me to re-focus:

Hi.
I want to supplement with theanine for stress relief and it seems green tea extract might be a more natural and economical way to do it. The container says each pill has 315mg of green tea extract, how much theanine will it have? My aim is about 150mg of theanine.
Many Thanks

For the past 24 years a very close friend of mine has suffered from mood disorder and never gotten much relief from it. He has tried almost all the meds out there and is running out of options. The past 3 years he rarely goes out with me and his other friends and I have gotten him jobs in computers but due to lack of the ability to concentrate and constant stress and anxiety, he winds up having to resign. He tells me the anxiety feels like extreme agitation, pins and needles, skin crawling and restlessness that originates from the inside out. At times it is almost unbearable to him. He is trying so hard to get well and truely wants to live a normal life. I do research, talk to people about it, hoping I can find a solution for him. He’s my best friend and I don’t want him to live the rest of his life in the pain I see him going through day in and day out.
He has tried many med combos and only seems to be getting worse. I think he may have ADD and also chronic anxiety and stress. Fish Oil and exercise, I don’t think he has stuck to the omega 3′s long enough to see if it would make a difference. Thanks for all the input you guys.

hey guys…. my acne is getting worse. i need a good cure. i have gone to dermatologists , and they have given me pills that eliminate acne every time in 2-3 days. IT FAILED!!! i have tried every brand name and strength and chemical. the only thing that helps slightly is stress relief stuff like yoga, but that barely helps. i’m probably gonna try a laser treatment, although i’ve already tried it and it doesn’t do much. im almost ready to give up. im probably gonna have my doctor do a blood workup and possibly see if he can find a genetic marker for it, maybe. i don’t know what to do now, but also i’ve noticed everything happens to me before it happens to everyone else in my class. my bro had the same thing. he would get stuff a year before everybody else would get it. for me it’s about 3 years. all i can say now is F*** genetics and doctors might need to face the fact that some things can’t be cured by f***ing science and should shut up with their gay commercials

Anxiety attack relief can sport many different methods. When these attacks enter our life and turns it upside down, it is a logical path of thought to consider. Relief and options can come in a few different forms, some bad and some good.
One of the common but destructive means of trying to calm these attacks is through the use of smoking or alcohol. Do note that these are temporary solutions and anxiety generally returns worse than before. Yet another alternative and technique of relief comes within the form of medication.

I have taken percocept in the past whenever I had dental work, etc. I would then take it afterwards not for pain relief but for mental concentration and stress relief. Is there something over the counter I can take that will give me the same feeling of mental stress relief? It really does help with anxiety and allows me to work harder. Instead of having 1,000 thoughts screaming in my head. I can have a single thought and focus like never before. What other medicine can do that?
